  1. RCACS has a Class B Temporary for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00005-01-ARMOUR NCM to commence on 30-NOV-2026 until 30-APR-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: Candidates with any of the following qualifications will be given priority: - Basic Demolition; - Basic Demolition Instructor; - RQ Sgt, or equivalent Armd Crew Commander's qualification; - Armd Aslt Sldr Crse; and - GPUAS Operator crse
  4. Basic description of duties: This is an entry-level Sgt psn in support of Assault Troop force generation and integration of GPUAS in the Corps. Duties are performed primarily in a field environment, with some garrison work requiring strong administrative, and Microsoft office skills. The primary responsibility is to teach courseware in the Assault Troop program, support the development of new courseware, and support development of GPUAS concepts. PRIMARY DUTIES
    A. RCAC representative as an Armd Aslt Tp SME for exported courses
    B. Training, discipline and welfare of students placed under command IAW CFITIS and CAO 24-08.
    C. Development, coaching, mentoring, and counselling of students within assigned courses.
    D. Development, publishing, and maintenance of courseware for FCOE for CSQ Armd Aslt Sldr; and any other assigned courses.
    E. Standardization and instruction of assigned courses.
    F. Must be well organized with good written and verbal communication skills, able to work within a team, possess good problem solving/decision making skills and maintain appropriate level of dress and deportment.
    G. Any other duties assigned by CoC, under the CoE functions.
    H. Travel to oversee exported courses to monitor training delivery. SECONDARY DUTIES : BPT augment all RCACS courses for theory and practical lessons in garrison or during FTXs, if required during high tempo periods.

All members employed within the CADTC formation will complete a minimum annual Number of 10 full or 20 part training days, a minimum periodic attendance of one duty period of every 60 days, and minimum essential activities, including the administrative and training requirements of the PRV for domestic operations tier 1, part 1, the IBTS mandated for CBG HQs and all external to CBGs (all trades), and mandatory training as determined by the ATA. 6. Once an applicant has been selected, the home unit must complete C of C concurrence in Monitor Mass. Res F members employed by CADTC on full-time Res Svc for a period of one year or more shall be posted to the CADTC PRL. Exceptions to this direction may be considered for those Res F members who contribute to HU activities and training. Such exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis and shall be requested thru CoC to CADTC.
