  4. Basic description of duties: Provides transportation and general support to RCAF Academy Det Aldershot in support of BMQ/PLQ training and unit activities. Ensures safe, efficient delivery of personnel, equipment, and resources while supporting instructors, recruits, and Resource Cell operations. Maintains vehicles, equipment, and documentation in accordance with CAF policies and directives. a. Provide transportation support for training, personnel, and equipment; b. Conduct driving duties in accordance with CAF safety and transport regulations; c. Deliver stores and equipment in a timely and efficient manner; d. Support Resource Cell and MMT operations as directed; e. Assist with kit maintenance, exchanges, and ensuring serviceability; f. Support course delivery by ensuring availability of required equipment; g. Assist in field exercises and graduation parade activities; h. Maintain discipline, dress, and professional standards within the unit; i. Provide direction to recruits during activities such as kit issue/return; j. Maintain communication with Flight 2IC on taskings and availability; k. Promote CAF ethos, professionalism, and respect for all; and l. Perform additional duties as assigned.

If move of DHG and E is considered for this employment opportunity, funding is subject to DCBA approval and is not guaranteed. Positions that are not 100% in support of Reserve activities / training / administration will not be funded by DCBA but may be funded by the unit, subject to DCBA approval. If move of DHG and E is not considered for this employment opportunity and remote work is not supported, the member would be responsible to bear all costs associated with moving DHG and E to their new place of duty if the member chooses to move to accept an offer of employment.
