  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    A. Comprehensive knowledge of CAF supply policies and procedures;
    B. Knowledge of MS Office software; and
    C. Knowledge of DRMIS.
  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Direct supervision of daily supply activities;
    B. Maintain the distribution account records of items and equipment held by the unit;
    C. Preparation, processing, filing and retention of all auditable or accountable supply vouchers and records;
    D. Process MACR for submission to higher authority;
    E. Coord the implementation of new supply procedures;
    F. Assist in the preparation of supply reports and liaise with outside agencies to ensure delivery or repair of material held on unit master inventory;
    G. Responsible for secure storage and procurement of weapons and ammo;
    H. Carry out periodic checks on loan cards and/or stock held within QM; I. Coord procurement of spare and consumable materials based on usage and forecasted ops and maint requirements; and J. Provide advice on logistical matters.
