- 5 Cdn Div HQ has a Class B Permanent for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00168-07-MAT MGT TECH to commence on 10-AUG-2026 until 09-AUG-2029.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

A. Experience in supervising a unit stores;

E. Candidate must possess a valid provincial driver's license and be able to obtain a DND 404 for Civilian pattern vehicles up to 3 tons and Military B vehicles;
F. Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as required;
G. Dangerous goods handling qualification desirable & unit ammo rep, an asset;
H. Must have completed credit card certification course (CCC) and have Section 32 and 34 of the FAA;
I. Familiar with DRMIS;
J. Green Procurement course essential;

- Basic description of duties: 5 Cdn Div HQ:
A. Provide all forms of logistical support for 5 Cdn Div HQ and other D-201 occupants;
B. Directing the activities of 2 Storemen/drivers;
C. Coordinate transport requirements;
D. Control the unit distribution account (DA);
E. Coordinate the purchase of goods, material and services through local purchase or base supply;
F. Arrange logistical support for unit training, operations and administrative activities;
G. Maintenance of the budget including tracking and preparation of invoices for payment;
H. Coordinating facility maintenance with the building manager;
I. Occasionally serve as duty officer for the HQ; and
J. Any other tasks as assigned by the Adjt or building manager.
Atlantic Battle School (ABSL)
A. Oversee all materiel, weapons, stores, and training aid holdings;
B. Ensure accountability IAW supply policies and CFSS/DRMIS requirements;
C. Conduct stocktaking, reconciliation, and loss investigations;
D. Forecast and manage materiel requirements for all training serials;
E. Coordinate ammo requests, weapons allocation, and training equipment demands;
F. Supervise TQMS and 2IC/Tpt;
G. Ensure serviceability and readiness of all equipment prior to deployment;
H. Oversee field stores, ration demands, and sustainment kits;
I. Manage loaned equipment and external supply requests; and
J. Maintain clothing and kitting support to staff/students.
