  4. Basic description of duties: The Officer Commanding D Company is responsible for the command, leadership, and management of a geographically separated training company delivering individual training in support of CA and CAF objectives. The OC exercises command authority over all assigned personnel and is responsible for:
    A. Leading the training, administration, discipline, welfare, and professional development of Company personnel.
    B. Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the delivery of assigned training in accordance with approved standards and policies.
    C. Managing personnel, resources, infrastructure, and support relationships necessary to sustain Company operations.
    D. Developing subordinate leaders and fostering a positive, professional, and inclusive command climate.
    E. Maintaining effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders to enable training delivery and organizational effectiveness.
    F. Representing the Commanding Officer and exercising independent leadership and decision-making consistent with command intent.
    G. Ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the Company while achieving assigned objectives.
