- 36 CBG HQ has a Class B Permanent for a Capt/Capt MOS ID/Occupation 90024-GSO to commence on 08-SEP-2026 until 07-SEP-2029.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

- Basic description of duties:
A. Advising on manning priorities within the Bde HQ;
B. Monitoring the Bde HQ daily incoming/outgoing mail;
C. Functioning as the certification authority for Class A pay sheets in the Bde HQ;
D. Promulgating and implementing QR&Os, CFAOs, DAODs and 5 CDDs Pers policies within the Bde HQ;
E. Administering policies as they pertain to leave and attendance within the Bde HQ and composing the Annual Leave Guidance, Prepare Unit Annual PaCE Guidance, and Annual Historical Reports;
F. Monitoring leave expenditure within the Bde HQ;
G. Monitoring HQ Personnel Readiness (include IBTS & ARV status) & scheduling sufficient opportunities to sustain "green" status for HQ pers.
H. Monitoring the Bde HQ production and submission of PARs;
I. Staffing of promotions, ISC requests, OTs, extensions to CRAs and other pers management activities within the Bde HQ including draft comments;
J. Monitoring the dress and deportment of the Bde HQ Officers;
K. Planning conferences and meetings as directed;
L. Advising the HQ CO on civilian HR matters;
M. Act as the HQ unit Ops O and Trg coord (include input on Admin of Unit Trg Plan);
N. Coord and plan Unit PD sessions;
O. Manage the HQ military Res Pay;
P. Act as the HQ Unit Req Authority for C-127;
Q. Act as the HQ Unit Admin Authority for HQ Unit C-127;
R. Oversee the admin of all HQ Class A pers including the Band, and CIMIC, and advise the Director Music on approached unit matters;
S. Act as the staff officer to the HQ CO & COS;
T. As approached from time to time provide personal assistance to the Bde Comd;
U. BPT be FE with the TBG, including field deployment on exercises and DOM OPS;
V. Act as the Harassment and Grievance Advisor to the CO and track via ICRTS;
W. Act as the UDI, Remedial Measures Advisor to the CO and compose all Administrative Actions and Low Risk MEL documents for DMCA;
X. Manage HQ secondary duty list and appoint positions;
Y. Monitor Class B employment, submission of ECRs, and drafting of REO submissions for the Bde HQ;
Z. Act as the MPAO for 36 CBG HQ;
AA. Assume duties of an Orderly Room CHRA in their absense.
