- Basic description of duties:
A. In conjunction with other Bde Recruiters, prepare and execute the 36 CBG recruiting plan under the direction of the Halifax Regional Recruiter;
B. Interview applicants as required;
C. Assist and monitor applicants progress through application process using all applicable recruiting software;
D. Prepare and deliver recruiting presentations;
E. Staff 36 CBG recruiting office as required;
F. Liaise with CFRC for attraction;
G. Aval for spring/summer tasking in sp of individual/collective trg as required;
H. Conduct Canadian Forces Aptitiude Test and FORCE Test; and
I. Launch security clearances in WebSCPS/Gambit.
