A. Extensive knowledge in DRMIS, demonstrating in-depth experience in financial management;
B. Extensive knowledge with MS Office, specifically Excel;

- Basic description of duties: 5 Cdn Div HQ
A. Coord financial reporting and passage of financial information to sub-units, ensure sub-unit reports are accurate and complete;
B. Monitor L3 budgets and watch for irregular trends, unusual expenditures and errors;
C. Monitor plans in DRMIS to ensure they balance to allocation from CA;
D. Monitor Commitments and Divisional Internal Orders and report observations and concerns to G8 Fin Mgt. As directed, liaise with subordinate formations/units to resolve problems;
E. Prepare and analyze reports from Guardian, DRMIS, Monitor Mass as directed by Fin Mgt Offr and Compt; and
F. Any other task as assigned by CoC.
2 Cdn Div HQ Det Halifax
A. Exercise operational responsibility for JTF(I) financial management, ensuring budgets are planned, monitored, and adjusted in support of sustained operations;
B. Develop, implement, and maintain cost capture structures within SIGRD to enable accurate operational financial tracking and decision support;
C. Produce L2 quarterly reports (QR) and coordinate, synchronize, and oversee the development of L3 fin reporting in support of operational governance and reporting requirements; and
D. Manage and exploit the analytical tools database at the operational level, synthesizing data to inform decision making and support senior level operational briefings.
