  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Maintain familiarity with Canadian Army (CA), Canadian Army Doctrine Training Centre (CADTC), and Army Training Centre-Atlantic (ATC-A) Individual Training (IT) policies and procedures;
    B. Ensure that IT activities at ATC-A are conducted IAW CAO 24-08, to include:
    C. Maintain communications with course staff;
    D. Review course documents, to include: Training Plan (TP), Pre-course checklist (PCC), detailed timetable (TT), Master Lesson Plans (MLPs), and written assessments;
    E. Identify deficiencies in course documents, to include: TP, PCC, detailed TT, MLPs, and written assessments (ensure assessments accuracy in relation to TP references, and MLPs).
    F. Send a validation message to course staff;
    G. Upload course PCC, detailed TT, validation message, and End Course Critique (ECC) template to Standards course tracker library (ACIMS);
    H. Conduct Instructor Standardization Training (IST) part 2 and IST part 3 IAW CTC IST policy; I. Observe training activities IAW CAO 24-08 (Annex D, paragraph 4), to include: content, courseware, delivery, and assessments; J. Debrief course staff and unit staff about observations made during a visit to training activities; K.Complete visit reports with details about observations made during visits to training activities; L. Send correspondences to Unit CoC and course staff IRT visit reports, and upload visit reports to Standards course tracker (ACIMS); M. Review student file documents during the course (as required) and confirm student file documents at the end of the course; N. Attend Progress Review Boards (PRB) as required; and O. Review feedback in ECCs, and comment on feedback (as required). P. Assist the Standards-O with any assigned tasks in support of Standards activities and ATC-A activities.
