    A. ACTS AS DIRECTOR IN THE ABSENCE OF THE LATTER.

FUNCTIONS AS CHIEF OF STAFF TO THE DIRECTOR, COORDINATING THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE BUSINESS PLAN, CIVILIAN AND MILITARY PERSONNEL EVALUATION, ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND ALL KEY ISSUES BEING ADVANCED BY THE FIVE SECTIONS, HISTORICAL SERVICES, DRESS AND CEREMONIAL, MUSEUMS, HERITAGE AND MUSIC BRANC
