  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: (1) PROVIDING GUIDANCE AND SUPERVISION TO SUBORDINATE TARGETING ANALYSTS (2) ENABLING FULL SPECTRUM TARGETING (INCLUDING MUNITIONS, AND NON MUNITIONS EFFECTS) THROUGH ANALYSES AND ASSESSMENTS, IN CONJUNCTION WITH CJOC J2, THE JOINT TARGETING INTELLIGENCE CENTRE, OTHER CJOC BRANCHES/ADVISORS, DND/CAF, OGD, ALLIES AND OTHER INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS (3) SUPPORTING TARGETING REACHBACK SUPPORT TO DEPLOYED OPERATIONS (4) CONDUCTING JOINT WEAPONEERING, COLLATERAL DAMAGE ESTIMATES, BATTLE DAMAGE ASSESSMENTS AND OTHER TARGETING FUNCTIONS AS REQUIRED (5) MONITORING ASSIGNED AREAS OF OPERATION AND ADVISING SENIOR ANALYSTS, PLANNERS AND/OR MISSION TEAM LEAD ON EVENTS, TRENDS AND DEVIATIONS (6) ANALYZING INTELLIGENCE DATA TO DEVELOP AND PRODUCE DOCUMENTATION AND ASSOCIATED PRESENTATIONS IN SUPPORT OF CJOC TARGETING CYCLE (7) ADVISE THE DIRECTOR ON ALL MATTERS AFFECTING PERSONNEL, DISCIPLINE, STANDARDS AN MORALE WITHIN JTE (8) THE INCUMBENT MUST BE ABLE TO DEPLOY ON EXPEDITIONARY OPERATIONS WITH RELATIVELY SHORT NOTICE (30 DAYS) AND THEREFORE MUST DAG GREEN AND MAINTAIN THIS STATUS THROUGHOUT THEIR EMPLOYMENT AT CJOC JTE (9) PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS DIRECTED
