- NS Highrs has a Class B Temporary for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 20-AUG-2026 until 31-AUG-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

5. Working knowledge of the RPSR and supporting documents;
6. Working knowledge of HRMS;
7. Demonstrated experience using MS Office Suite;
8. Enhanced interpersonal skills;
9. Enhanced written and verbal communication skills; and
10. Must be able to deal with periods of stress as a result of deadlines, client inquiries, and unforeseen daily occurrences.

- Basic description of duties: PRIMARY DUTIES
a. Be able to find required information for the completion of tasks and to accurately respond to administrative questions;
b. Maintain a close working relationship with supporting Base/Unit/Command staff in areas of Administration, Pay and Release;
c. Ensure the timely completion of pay documentation including Class A & B Pay Allowance in RPSR in accordance with published pay submission deadlines;
d. Responsible for supervising the release process including benefits;
e. Ensure the OR's positive control, sending and receiving of documents;
f. Ensure currency of documents such as Marital status change, will, emergency contact, next of kin, supplementary death benefits, security clearance, leave file, re-engagement and promotions;
g. Know administrative policies and procedures related to the daily operation of the unit: CAF publications (CFAO, QR&O, DAOD, CBI, MHRRP, MPAI and NDSOD), unit directives and SOPs are your principal resources;
h. Ensure information security is followed. Update of administrative processes, directives and publications. Review administrative procedures regularly and make sure that they conform to new directives;
i. Ensure the operation and maintenance of office equipment and know the different software used.
j. Ensure the timely completion of documentation governing the enrolment, promotion, and posting;
k. Manage casualty administration; and
l. Supervision of the OR 2I

b. Ensure maintenance and data entry of the unit Annual Historical Report tracker.
