- Basic description of duties: The position of A1 Res 4-4-2-3 exists to provide expertise and timely action in the functions of Reserve Personnel Management. This includes the processing of Enrolments, Transfers, Attach Postings, Occupational Transfers, Promotions, Relocation Benefits, Exempt Duty and Training Requests, Employment Opportunities, Selection Board Reports, and the manual and electronic Reserve Personnel Record Management Services. A1 Res 4-4-2-3 acts as a Reserve Personnel File Managers for the RCAF Reserve. This position provides guidance and advice to units on issues related to RCAF Reserve policy and interpretation.
