A. Assist in the development, Coord and mgt of the 5 Tech Svcs ethics, employment equity (EE) and Harassment programmes;
B. Maintain and adjust 5 Tech Svcs Establishment and Org Charts as directed by the DCO;
C. Be prepared to act as unit Ops O as required; and
D. Other secondary duties as assigned by the CO/DCO 5 Tech Svcs as required.
- Basic description of duties:
A. Plans O will be responsible to oversee and conduct long-term planning for 5 Tech Svcs IAW CO's direction;
B. Maintain a skilled level of knowledge of all regulations, orders and directives applicable to the completion of all assigned duties;
C. Provide 5 Tech Svcs support to all 5 CDSG short and long range planning (3 - 12mos out) to incl participation as required in Base and Div level exercises, conferences and other events;
D. Assist in the preparation and staffing of all 5 CDSG operational reports and returns as required;
E. Provide 5 Tech Svcs input into the 5 CDSG Synch matrix and Ops Svcs Event Calendar as required;
F. 5 Tech Svcs OPI for Organization and Establishment (O&E);
G. Input as dir into 5 Tech Svcs sp plans and orders to incl production/implementation of DAG/AAG plans;
H. Assist CO 5 Tech Svcs in the development, refinement and continued adherence to the 5 Tech Svcs comms strategy;
I. Assist 5 Tech Svcs Ops O with coordination of 5 Tech Svcs participation in national and regional exercises;
J. Participate in unit-level activities (fitness, soldier skills, etc); and
K. Other duties as assigned.
