- 2 Cdn Div HQ has a Class B Temporary for a MWO/MWO MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA, or 90011-ADM to commence on 02-JUL-2026 until 31-MAY-2029.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

- Basic description of duties: The Canadian Rangers Group HR Superintendent is responsible to the G1 for HR admin policy and process interpretation within the CR Group. The HR Superintendent provides support and guidance to staff for OR functions; coordinates career management for HRAs in the CR Group; serves as the main CR Group PARMON and CR Group HQ PaCE Manager, manages CR Group Central Registry capabilities; provides support to establish and submit Establishment Change Requests; manages CR Group Leave Administration and generates HR reports.

B. The selection process may include, but not be limited to, a written test, case study analysis, production of a report, preparation and delivery of a presentation, a standardized selection interview and/or validation of references.

G. Interviews for eligible candidates from outside the geographic region may be conducted by telephone and/or video teleconference to save temporary duty (TD) fees.
H. Units must provide the member's most up to date MPRR prior to interviews, notify the employing unit when a candidate is subject to administrative or disciplinary action, and report any discrepancies in information between those in the candidates evaluation window in the REO module of the Monitor Mass software and the most up-to-date one.
