  1. CANSOFCOM PRL has a Class B Permanent for a WO/WO MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 01-JUL-2026 until 30-JUN-2029.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: WO/WO
      Sgt/PO2 eligible for promotion and MWO/CPO2 willing to relinquish their rank for the duration of the Period of Employment may apply; however they will only be considered if no suitable substantive WO/PO1 is found. IAW QR&O 11.12 para 4, a Res F mbr who relinquishes his rank and reverts to a lower rank for the duration of the Class B employment, may be authorized (provided there are no substantive reasons to the contrary) to be promoted to the rank held prior to the relinquishment at the conclusion of the Class B service, provided they meets all requirements for promotion.
    2. MOS ID: 90000-ATR
      This is a 90000 Any Trade Requirement (ATR) Position. However, MOS ID 00375 Human Resource Administrator will be given preference.

    7. Required experience and quals:
      Courses:
      Quals: (1) Experience as an Administrator at a Res F unit; (2) Experience in Res F personnel administration, management, and policy; (3) Familiarity with HR Systems; and (4) Experience supervising subordinates; and (5) Experience in CANSOFCOM an asset.
      Competency Remarks: Must attend and successfully pass Special Operations Core Environmental Training (SOCET);
      (1) Must successfully pass CANSOFCOM Screening; (2) Must maintain Annual Readiness Verification (ARV) status; (3) Understanding of Res F compensation and benefit policies; and (4) Understanding of CAF governance structure.

  4. Basic description of duties: (1) Act as the HR PRL Manager in the CANSOFCOM PRL HQ responsible for the provision of human resources services related to the members of the CANSOFCOM PRL; (2) Supervise and provide records management; (3) Supervise access and pay transactions; (4) Provide reports and returns; (5) Monitor client services; (6) Supervise release administration at HQ level; (7) Assess and advise on military pay and records management; (8) Supervise training and maintain standards of subordinates; and (9) Responsible for the maintenance of SOPs within the CANSOFCOM PRL
