- Basic description of duties: AT AMCRO JR SUPR - is responsible to assist the Aircraft Maintenance Chief Technical Instr. His/her primary duty/responsibility is to assist with AMMIS coordination, assisting to ensure CF 349s/543s are complete and correct IAW C-05-030-001/AG-001 (AMMIS) and the Aircraft Oil Analysis Program Monitor (AMR 12). He/she is responsible to help maintain the MRS and Automated Data For Aerospace Maintenance (ADAM) IAW C-05-005-P04/AM-000 (Aircraft Maintenance Record Set), C-12-142-000/NE-000 (ECIR), C-05-030-001/AG-001 (AMMIS), Adam User Guide (On-line), and the AMR section manual procedures.

ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL
a. Entering aircraft data into the ADAM Dbase;
b. managing aircraft maintenance documentation, reviewing CF 349 aircraft maintenance reports and transcribing the required information to the aircraft Log sets, maintaining permanent records IAW AMR 2 and C-05-005-P04/AM-000 (Aircraft Maintenance Record Set);
c. analyze and verify all aircraft documents for accuracy, correct CF 349/543 errors as they're found (IAW AMR 6 CF 349/543 Correction Process) and completion IAW C-05-005-P04/AM-000 Aircraft Maintenance Record Set and C-05-030-001/AG-001 (AMMIS) before submission to AMMIS reporting transmission;
d. maintain all aircraft history records (CF 358s - Aircraft Item History Records, CF 357s - Aircraft Engine History Records, CF 359s - Aircraft Major Assembly History Records and CF 361), creating records as required, updating both the Log Set and ADAM history records with new or revised information as required IAW C-05-005-P04/AM-000 (Aircraft Maintenance Record Set);
e. monitor aircraft flying hours/landings, verifying accuracy of CF 335s against ADAM records IAW AMR 2 and monthly update CF 351 Log Set Records IAW AMR 5;
f. review aircraft MRS for accuracy and compliance during each Supplementary and Periodic Inspection IAW AMR 1;
g. prepare aircraft documentation for issue, transfer and receipt/acceptance IAW C-05-005-P04/AM-000 (Aircraft Maintenance Record Set) and Adam User Guide (On-line) (Part 2) ensuring history records capture QTO;
h. aircraft logsets for certification as directed by AEO Section;
i. file/maintain CF 364 Transient Aircraft Servicing Requisition forms for aircraft serviced by 402 Sqn IAW C-05-005-P06/AM-000 Part 4;
j. maintain the Distribution Account for 402 Sqn aircraft and Dash 8 engines;
k. ensure all applicable modifications and special inspection leaflets are entered into ADAM IAW GP 5.109 - Mod & S.I. Processing Procedure, that status is correct (checked when performing transcription from CF349s IAW C-05-005-P04/AM-000 (Aircraft Maintenance Record Set);
l. respond to changes in the ECIR appropriately, making necessary changes to the MRS and ADAM as required;
m. take corrective action when required to address unsatisfactory conditions using MAP procedures GP 5.73 - AEO Support Request, GP 5.129 - Continuous Improvement Form (CIF) Process, GP 5.68 - UCR Procedure, and/or communicating through the chain of command;
n. ensure standardization of aircraft and engine log sets;
o. maintain an accurate daily flying log; and,
p. maintain a current working knowledge of all policies and procedures regarding log control functions.
LIAISON Coordinate with external units i.e., 435 Sqn, Aircraft Supply, ATESS, 1 Cdn Air Div, Wing Comptroller, Bombardier and NDHQ as required.4.
