  1. NAVRES HQ has a Class B Permanent for a Cpl/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 01-JUN-2026 until 30-JUN-2029.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.

    3. Language: English or French
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT
    7. Required experience and quals:
      Courses:
      Quals: Knowledge of general office administration. Knowledge of CAF administrative policies and procedures. Skilled at MS Office.

  4. Basic description of duties: 1. Responsible for receipt, tracking and digitization of NAVRES and NDHQ PRL (list provided by NDHQ PRL) PARs and entries in Monitor Mass. 2. Monitoring of PAR program: a. Issue weekly reports and statistics. 3. Selection Boards – Coordinate directly related activities such as: a. Prepare files; b. Print MPRRs and retrieve PAR files; c. Provide IT support during boards; d. Secretary for the various boards’ minutes; e. Digitization of data in scanner; and f. Responsible for the various lists to be generated. 4. Promotion messages: a. On receipt of promotion requests from CMs, check prerequisites b. Prepare promotion message; and c. Follow up for approval by CO of member eligible for promotion; d. On receipt of approval message, archive in daily log and record in NRIMS; e. Keep electronic and hard copy; and f. Notify CM of any irregularities. 5. Assistance to P Res clerks: a. Provide necessary support completing releases;
