- Basic description of duties:
A. Provide support to initiative; includes governance, planning cycles, performance management.
B. Collate research and conduct analysis on various topics.
C. Consult with internal (MILPERSCOM L2s) and external stakeholders (L1s), as appropriate.
D. Explore ideas and benchmark from external organizations (OGDs, Allies, Private Sector).
E. Provide option space for senior leadership and enable their decision making.
F. Manage, track and prepare staff products for senior leadership.
G. Be prepared to act as the Team Lead.
H. Provide support to other areas within D Mil WP and accomplish all other tasks as directed by CoC.
