  1. CB Highrs has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 01-JUN-2026 until 31-MAY-2029.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

      IAW ref A, applicants who are one rank lower or one rank higher may apply, however will only be considered in those exceptional circumstances where no other qualified candidate is available. If one rank higher is the only suitable applicant, mbr may be required to relinquish their rank for the period of employment.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    A. File manager qualification (AJFY) is desirable; applicant will be required to obtain qualification ASAP;
    B. Current DND 404 or be able to obtain one; and
    C. FORCE Evaluator (ALET) course is desirable; applicant will be required to obtain qualification ASAP.
  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Manage applicant files and related processing using CFRIMS 2 and the hardcopy file to ensure file completeness;
    B. Process applicant data and conduct reference verifications including initiation of Criminal Record Name Check (CRNC), credit check and security pre-assessment using Personnel Security Processing System (PSPS), telephone, and email;
    C. Assist applicants in their progression through the Online Application Portal (OAP) and PSPS as required;
    D. Be prepared to administer and score CF aptitude test (CFAT) if required to assist with in-service selection;
    E. Administer the non-prescription drug (NPD) form;
    F. Prepare verification of former service (VFS), previous service calculations, and prior learning assessment request (PLAR) for submission using appropriate forms and templates as required;
    G. Coordinate applicant recruiting visits and required processing steps;
    H. Maintain quality control over applicant files and their data integrity by verifying completeness during data input and scanning; I. Prepare the applicant file for enrolment including enrolment forms preparation, explaining the purpose of each document and conducting pre-enrolment briefings; J. Assist potential applicants by outlining the recruiting process, available occupations, and basic eligibility criteria for enrolment; K. Track post-enrolment conditional employment requirements and liaise with unit Ops/Admin staff, as necessary; L. Assist in the management of recruiting resources and personnel schedules to ensure coverage for FORCE evaluation, medical screening, and suitability assessment interviews as required; M. Assist in administrative activities pertaining to P Res recruiting as required, including remote unit location processing when needed; and, N. Other tasks and duties as assigned by the recruiting officer.
