    A. The following qualifications/authorities are required to effectively conduct assigned duties and should be completed within a recommended timeframe of 3 months of the employment start dated. Failure to comply may result in remedial measures at the CO's discretion: [1] Presiding Officer Certification Training (POCT); [2] Contracting Direct with Trade - DLN course; [3] Expenditure Management: Sections 32, 33, 34 of the FAA - DLN course; [4] Army Junior Officer Staff Qualification (AJOSQ) complete or being completed; [5] Introduction to GBA+; and [6] Introduction to Indigenous Cultures [122077] b. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following competencies: [1] Strong leadership skills; [2] Proficiency in personnel management; and [3] Experience in an HQ environment
  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. The Adjt is responsible for the overall administrative effectiveness of the Unit. This will specifically include: (1) Supervision of the C HRA and OR staff, and oversight on all of their activities; (2) Administration and tracking of the CFPAS/PACE cycle; (3) Maintenance of Unit Registers for Discipline, Administrative issues and Routine Orders; (4) Unit MPAO and oversight on all pay activities; (5) Casualty Tracking and Administration; (6) Staffing of any Honours and Awards; (7) Coordination of administrative support with other Units in the garrison, as necessary; (8) Review of external documents for staff and accuracy prior to release; (9) Ensure administrative needs and requirements for all members are met; (10) Assisting in Command Team Planning Functions; and (11) other duties as assigned by the CO.
