Basic description of duties: CANDIDATE WILL BE AN ORDERLY ROOM HRA WHOSE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TO COORDINATE READINESS REQUIREMENTS, CONDUCT PRVS FOR DEPLOYING MBRS, UPDATE DATA IN GUARDIAN, CALCULATE AND ENTER PAY AND ALLOWANCES IN CCPS, AND SUPPORT 1 CDN DIV HQ PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION.
    A. PROVIDE HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICES TO MILITARY MEMBERS AND PROVIDE INFORMATION ON BENEFITS, ENTITLEMENTS, AND ALLOWANCES;
    B. MAINTAIN A MEMBER'S PERSONNEL RECORD, PAY RECORDS, AND PROCESS DOCUMENTATION;
    C. COMPLETE ENTRIES IN CCPS, GUARDIAN AND MONITOR MASS;
    D. PROCESS LEAVE TRANSACTIONS, INCLUDING LEAVE AUDITS;
    E. ADMINISTER AND ENTER TERMS OF SERVICE;
    F. PROCESS IN AND OUT CLEARANCES; AND
