- 21 EW REGT has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 01-JUN-2026 until 31-MAY-2029.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

A. Revised Pay System for the Reserves (RPSR);
B. Guardian;
C. Monitor Mass;
D. Robust knowledge of PRes administrative regulations, policies and procedures;
E. Experience using Guardian, RPSR, Monitor Mass and Microsoft Suite;
F. Experience and strong knowledge of PRes release regulations and procedures;
G. Familiarity with Class C nominations, messages, and deployment administration;
H. Managing subordinates using PaCE;
I. Ability to work with minimal supervision; and,
J. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic description of duties:
A. Supervise and mentor orderly room PRes cell personnel;
B. Provide administrative support to PRes pers including during evening and weekend training;
C. Plan and conduct training for PRes HRA including during evening and weekend training;
D. Be prepared to deploy on summer taskings in support of PRes training;
E. Manage Reg F and PRes subordinates using PaCE;
F. Provide advice regarding PRes pay, entitlements, benefits and administrative policy;
G. Process PRes pay, allowances, claims, and other entitlements and benefits;
H. Process PRes enrolments, promotions, medals and awards, postings and releases;
I. Process Reserve Employment Opportunities (REOs) and related hiring documentation;
J. Process deployment administration for pers attending exercises, courses and operations;
K. Maintain personnel records, NES, ED&T and manning reports in Guardian and RPSR;
L. Complete necessary DLN courses in order to obtain and maintain DOA;
M. Be proficient in RPSR, Guardian, Monitor Mass and MS Office Suite; and,
N. Other duties as assigned by ROR Supervisor.
