  4. Basic description of duties: Reports to the Unit Chief HR
    A. Manages personnel files, leave, pay, claims, and staffing actions for IT, Logistics, and BTL members while ensuring compliance with CAF administrative policies. Provides HR guidance to supervisors and junior NCMs, supports disciplinary and student administration, and monitors personnel readiness and availability.
