  1. CADTC HQ has a Class B Permanent for a Maj/Maj MOS ID/Occupation 90024-GSO to commence on 01-APR-2026 until 31-MAR-2029.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

Basic description of duties: GENERAL: The CSS EQPT Integration reports to the G5 and is the primary advisor to CADTC G5 - Capability Integration on issues including equipment, emerging capabilities, and training strategy. PRIMARY DUTIES 1. Responsible to CADTC G5 - for Eqpt Integration section; 2. Stay current on Army training initiatives and doctrinal direction; 3. Provide training input to the Capability Development and Management; 4. Coordinate with: a. Directorate Land Requirements (DLR); b. Directorate of Land Force Development (DLFD); c. Army Doctrine Centre (ADC); and d. Various CAF Training Centres and ECOEs to ensure harmonization of equipment training development. 5. Contribute to the training aspects of capability development, including equipment; 6. Assist CADTC G5 - Capability Integration with formalizing training capability development process including drafting governance documentation; 7. Identify and exploit opportunities to integrate training requirements between new and existing capabilities; 8. Ensure CADTC G5 - Capability Integration is a key component of the DLR SS (ID) process, ensuring CSS training issues are considered fully before presentation at ACDB and; SECONDARY DUTIES Complete other tasks as assigned by CADTC G5.

All members employed within the CADTC formation will complete a minimum annual Number of 10 full or 20 part training days, a minimum periodic attendence of one duty period of every 60 days, and minimum essential activities, including the administrative and training requirements of the PRV for domestic operations tier 1, part 1, the IBTS mandated for CBG HQs and all external to CBGs (all trades), and mandatory training as determined by the ATA.
