  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: (1) Knowledge of Reserve administration. (2) Familiarity with MS Office (especially Access, Word, and Excel), MONITOR MASS, and HRMS.
  4. Basic description of duties: Responsible for administration of members of the Supplementary Reserve (Supp Res) and implementing policy changes pertaining to the administration of the Supp Res; Analyze and prepare recommendations for improvement on all aspects of Supp Res management, administration and automated data processing support; Develop and maintain SOPs detailing the pers admin function, policy and procedures of the Supp Res Admin pers for use by the cell and external agencies; Direct staff action on preparation of draft replies to any administrative inquiries from NDHQ and subordinate agencies concerning Supp Res matters; Investigate claims and provide staff action for redress of grievances submitted by members of the Supp Res, and administrative reviews of members of the Supp Res; Supervise subordinate staff; and Perform all other duties, as specified by the CO.
