- CANSOFCOM PRL has a Class C for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00407-01-CMD, or 00406-01-PMD, or 90000-ATR to commence on 23-MAR-2026 until 31-JUL-2026.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

Cpl/S1 eligible for promotion and Sgt/PO2 willing to relinquish their rank for the duration of the Period of Employment may apply, however he/she will only be considered if no suitable MCpl/MS is found. IAW QR&O 11.12 para 4, a Res F mbr who relinquishes rank with approval and reverts to a lower rank for the duration of the Class C employment, will be, with authorization, provided there are no substantive reasons to the contrary, promoted to the rank held prior to the relinquishment at the conclusion of the Class "C" service.
Cpl/S1 not eligible for promotion may also apply but will only be considered if no suitable promotable Cpl/S1, substantive MCpl/MS, or Sgt/PO2 willing to relinquish their rank is found.

- Basic description of duties: 1. Provide initial care for patients;
2. Provide basic and moderate life support care independently and as a part of multidisciplinary team;
3. Administer lifesaving interventions and treatments to trauma casualties;
4. Interview and record patience medical histories;
5. Instruct soldiers on Combat First Aid and Tactical Combat Casualty Care;
6. Manage soldier's medical readiness, supplies and equipment;
7. Administer intravenous therapy;
8. Take and monitor patients' vital signs;
9. Administer and dispense medications in accordance with their scope of practice;
10. Provide medical support during environmental operations;
11. Provide medical support during task and/or Unit Force Generation & sustainment events;
12. Recover casualties from the point of injury and transport them to the next level of care;
13. Give basic advice on disease prevention, hygiene and sanitation;
14. Perform specific environmental health and preventative medicine duties;
15. Collect specimens and perform basic laboratory procedures;
16. Operate and maintain medical and life-support equipment;
17. Perform electrocardiograms and audiograms;

E. CANSOFCOM REO Application Process:
