- Basic description of duties: The Wing Culture Evolution Coordinator is accountable to the WComd for the tactical implementation of RCAF professional conduct & culture programs. Members carrying out the functions of the Wing CEC Officer do so as a primary duty. As the gateway for Wing-level Conduct & Culture program implementation, tracking, and reporting, the Wing CEC Officer is accountable for the following DND/CAF programs relating to RCAF Professional Conduct & Culture:
a. CAF and Public Service harassment and violence prevention programs,
b. Sexual Misconduct prevention and response programs;
c. Hateful Conduct prevention and response programs;
d. Defence Ethics Program and Conflict of Interest;
e. CAF and Public Service Employment Equity, Diversity & Inclusion programs (Human Rights and Diversity); and
f. CAF/DND programs relating to the implementation of the Canadian National Action Plan on UNSCR 1325 (Women, Peace & Security), and Gender Based Analysis (GBA+).
