  4. Basic description of duties: The CAAWC Financial Services Administrator (FSA) is primarily responsible for Financial Administrative duties in the Orderly Room. They directly report to Chief Admin (WO), and can be assigned special or secondary duties by the Fin O. 1. Exercise financial authority under FAA s.32 and s.34. 2. Coordinate and book travel through NEO. 3. Prepare and process Temporary Duty (TD) claims (domestic and international). 4. Process CF 52 General Allowance Claims, Minor Travel Expense Claims (MTEC), DND 1654 Moving Expense Claims, and Leave Travel Assistance (LTA) Claims. 5. Utilize and maintain proficiency with MS Office Suite, Monitor MASS, and ClaimsX. 6. Determine and action members' financial entitlements in accordance with applicable CAF policies. 7. Advise unit members on financial policy, entitlements, and claim requirements. 8. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience 1. Working knowledge of ClaimsX and NEO; 2. Working knowledge of CFTDTIs; 3. Enhanced interpersonal skills; and 4. Competent written and verbal communication skills. SECONDARY DUTIES As directed by the Chain of Command.

All members employed within the CADTC formation will complete a minimum annual Number of 10 full or 20 part training days, a minimum periodic attendance of one duty period of every 60 days, and minimum essential activities, including the administrative and training requirements of the PRV for domestic operations tier 1, part 1, the IBTS mandated for CBG HQs and all external to CBGs (all trades), and mandatory training as determined by the ATA. 6. Once an applicant has been selected, the home unit must complete C of C concurrence in Monitor Mass. Res F members employed by CADTC on full-time Res Svc for a period of one year or more shall be posted to the CADTC PRL. Exceptions to this direction may be considered for those Res F members who contribute to HU activities and training. Such exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis and shall be requested thru CoC to CADTC.
