- Basic description of duties: GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES
1. The 3 CDSB Edm Training Coordinator is responsible for providing timely response to all training and maintenance issues that occur at the Lecture Training Facility and Bldg 240.
PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Maintain the upkeep of Lecture Training Facility (LTF) and Bldg 240 as directed by the CSM of Ops & Trg Sp Coy 3 CDSB Edm.
2. Conduct regular maintenance inspections of all rooms and property in LTF and Bld 240.
3. Generate and action any work request for the LTF and Bld 240.
4. Complete investigations and requisitions for repair and maintenance of facilities in a timely manner by keeping the chain of command informed at all times.
5. Respond to requests for assistance from user units.
6. Receive and safeguard found property.
7. Issue/Receive classrooms and equipment with in the LTF and Bld 240.
8. Supervise the commissionaires & cleaners in their daily routines as required.
9. Must be familiar with MS Office Suite (word, excel, outlook and power point) and computer, basic technology troubleshooting.
10. Correlate daily pers paper work/leave passes for processing and other clerical type duties.
11. Complete any other duties that may be assigned by the CSM.
