Applicants must demonstrate that they possess the following knowledge, skills and experience: (1) Knowledge of Reserve Force policy (releases, promotions, leave, terms of service, entitlements, and allowances, (2) Knowledge of records management; (3) Experience using Microsoft Office Suite; (4) Working knowledge of RPSR and CCPS; (5) Working knowledge of Guardian; (6) Working knowledge of Monitor Mass; (7) Enhanced interpersonal skills and ability to provide superior customer service to a variety of clients; (8) Must be able to deal with periods of stress as a result of deadlines, client inquiries, and unforeseen daily occurrences; (9) Demonstrates competent written and verbal communication skills;
    B. Applicants who demonstrate the following knowledge, skills or experience may have an advantage: (1) Experience preparing administrative requirements for deploying personnel; and (2) Experience working at CANSOFCOM.
  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. The P Res HRA is responsible to the HR Supr for the efficient management and control of Reserve admin.
    B. Responsibilities include: (1) Releases (2) Preparation of Class A, B, and C Employment (3) Pay Administration (RPSR/CCPS); (4) REO Administration; (5) Leave; (6) General reserve admin.
    C. In addition to the primary duties listed above, the P Res HR Adminstrator is responsible for all other duties as assigned.
