Competency Remarks: Int Op QL6B should be awarded, or member able to be course loaded within the next year. ILP is an asset, but not mandatory, and if candidate lacks qualification, should be course loaded within 18 months. Applicants with Joint ISR training qualification, and Joint Target Development and experience will be preferred/prioritized.

G. Applicants with Joint ISR experience, Joint Target Development, experience in domestic intelligence settings, and working with OGDs within Canada will be preferred/prioritized. Experience using all Intelligence IT systems is required, from OSINT tools, up to Level III tools and systems.
- Basic description of duties: Basic description of duties:
-Serves as the Senior NCO to support principal intelligence authority within JTF Pacific's Op LIMPID Team.
-Maintains continuous situational awareness across the Area of Responsibility (AOR) and Area of Intelligence Interest (AII).
-Ensures the LIMPID OIC's vision is informed by accurate, timely intelligence across all domains: maritime, air, land, cyber, and space.
-Directs fusion of multi source intelligence, guiding collection efforts and ensuring analytical precision in threat identification and assessment.
-Oversees production and dissemination of intelligence summaries, threat briefs, and responses to Requests for Information (RFIs).
-Acts as the primary conduit between JTFP and allied, law enforcement, and interdepartmental partners to safeguard unity of effort and synchronized threat awareness.
-Leads a team of 3-5 intelligence professionals, supporting collection management, production, and inter agency liaison.
-Manages classified systems, Requests for Collection (RFCs), intelligence assets, and secure communications under national protocols.
-Plans and implements Op LIMPID intelligence support plans, anticipates emerging threats, and identifies intelligence gaps to ensure readiness.
-Cultivates a disciplined, collaborative intelligence environment emphasizing analytical rigor, mentorship, and integrity.
-Constantly assesses adversarial intent, irregular activity, and vulnerabilities within the Pacific AOR to guide force protection measures.
-Coordinates frequently with OGDs and partners to enhance the shared intelligence picture and sustain informed decision making.
-Balances concurrent intelligence priorities, manages crisis reporting, and responds to higher command tasking from OIC, JTFP, CJOC, and CFINTCOM.
-Upholds CAF ethos of professionalism, duty, discretion, and adherence to ethical standards and lawful conduct.
-Strengthens subordinate capabilities and CAF intelligence credibility through mentorship and professional development.
-Represents JTFP among inter agency and allied counterparts, safeguarding both intelligence flow and trust in Canada's security cooperation
