    G. Applicants with Joint ISR experience, Joint Target Development, experience in domestic intelligence settings, and working with OGDs within Canada will be preferred/prioritized. Experience using all Intelligence IT systems is required, from OSINT tools, up to Level III tools and systems. As a supervisory position within an ongoing domestic operation, applicants with experience successfully leading intelligence teams in an operational environment will be preferred.
  4. Basic description of duties: Basic description of duties: Serves as the principal intelligence authority within JTF Pacific's Op LIMPID Team. " Plans and implements Op LIMPID intelligence support plans, writes orders, completes products, and directs production for Op LIMPIDs diverse intelligence requirements, anticipates emerging threats, and identifies intelligence gaps to ensure readiness. " Directs and coordinates the activities of 5+ intelligence professionals to achieve near and long-term intelligence needs for Op LIMPI
    D. " Provide overarching guidance to ensure alignment of intelligence activities for Op LIMPID with Joint Task Force Pacific's operational priorities and Canada's defence mandate. " Establish strategic objectives for situational awareness across the Pacific AOR and AII, ensuring coverage across maritime, air, land, cyber, and space domains. " Direct the integration of multi source intelligence at an operational level, setting standards for analytical rigor and threat assessment. " Approve and oversee intelligence support plans for Op LIMPID, ensuring readiness against emerging threats and closing intelligence gaps. " Allocate and prioritize intelligence assets, collection requests, and classified systems to maximize efficiency and compliance with national protocols. " Ensure secure communications infrastructure and classified systems are managed in accordance with national security standards. " Uphold CAF ethos by enforcing adherence to ethical standards, lawful conduct, and chain of command discipline in intelligence operations. " Monitor compliance with national protocols, safeguarding the integrity of intelligence production and dissemination. " Ensure intelligence activities remain synchronized with higher command directives from OIC, JTFP, CJOC, and CFINTCOM. " Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for Op LIMPID and JTFP intelligence team members, strengthening JTFP and Op LIMPID intelligence credibility. " Foster a collaborative, disciplined intelligence environment that emphasizes integrity, accountability, and analytical excellence. " Evaluate performance of subordinate leaders to ensure effective management of collection, production, and inter agency liaison.
