  1. CADTC HQ has a Class B Temporary for a Capt/Capt MOS ID/Occupation 90024-GSO to commence on 16-FEB-2026 until 27-OCT-2027.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

  4. Basic description of duties: The Lessons Collation and Management position plays a critical role in supporting the Army Lessons Learned Centre (ALLC) by focusing on the collection, collation, and management of lessons learned across the Canadian Army and from international partners. The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure that all lessons, insights, and observations submitted from various sources are gathered, organized, and made accessible for use in Canadian Army force development and operational planning. PRIMARY DUTIES - Collate, and manage lessons identified from the Canadian Army and international partners. - Maintain a structured repository of observations, insights and lessons and ensure data integrity. - Maintain and monitor all ALLC related SharePoint sites and group email accounts. - Facilitate the effective use of lessons by stakeholders for force development, generation, and operational planning. - Contribute to the functioning of the ALLC IM/KM Team. - Support to LL training, briefings, coordination meetings, review boards etc. - Coordinate and administer ALLC activities to include logistical support - Maintain communication with internal and external CA partners in lessons learned (Joint, International, NATO, and ABCANZ Lessons Learned Centers, and Branches). - Assist with Army Lessons Process and validation activities as required. All members employed within the CADTC formation will complete a minimum annual Number of 10 full or 20 part training days, a minimum periodic attendence of one duty period of every 60 days, and minimum essential activities, including the administrative and training requirements of the PRV for domestic operations tier 1, part 1, the IBTS mandated for CBG HQs and all external to CBGs (all trades), and mandatory training as determined by the ATA.
