  1. RCSU CENTRAL has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA, or 00359-01-COATS-GS NCM to commence on 01-JAN-2027 until 31-DEC-2029.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Cadet Org and Trg Service, Primary Reserve Force, Regular Force, Canadian Rangers, Supplementary Reserve Force.

    1. Rank: MCpl/MCpl
      Individuals of the applicable rank, regardless of element may apply. Individuals one rank lower who are eligible for promotion may apply. Individuals who are one rank higher but are willing to relinquish their worn and paid rank may apply.
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA, or 00359-01-COATS-GS NCM
      In the absence of a qualified COATS member, a Primary Reserve Force member may be considered and may be offered the position with the condition that the member completes component transfer to COATS, posting to the NDHQ PRL under the administration of DRSM or is attach posted to CJCR with concurrence from their home unit. The posting to the PRL must be approved by DRSM prior to commencement of the period of employment.

  9. Remarks: A. This is a permanent Class B position with initial continued engagement for a three year period. Continued employment up to six years as per ref A will be possible based upon authorization of the approval authority, acceptable performance and organization's requirements. B.
