  1. CFLRS has a Class B Temporary for a Cpl/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 23-FEB-2026 until 22-FEB-2029.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Cpl/Cpl
      Pte/S2 eligible for promotion and MCpl/MS willing to relinquish their rank can apply but will only be considered if no qualified Cpl/S1 are found. Pte/S2/S3 not eligible for promotion may also apply but will only be considered if no promotable Pte/S2, substantive Cpl/S1 or MCpl/MS willing to relinquish their rank is found.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: a. Master and be very comfortable with Microsoft Office suite. b. Experience with Guardian, Monitor Mass, CFTPO, MITE c. DND-404, an asset d. A very high level of professionalism is required. e. Experience in a training setting, an asset. f. Efficient and comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with a very good level of autonomy according to the required and desired direction, proactive, great adaptability, versatile, ready to change tasks quickly and regularly, professional and ethical under pressure.
  4. Basic description of duties: a. Fulfill the duties of operations, management and administration with recruits and officer cadets according to the CFLRS ethical values (Loyalty, Integrity, Courage, Excellence, Inclusion, Accountability). b. Support MITE clerk and training coordinator as needed. c. Support the training coordinator and be prepared to temporarily replace them. d. Respond to the operations desk for staff information requests, proceed with arrival and departure procedures (In/out clearances) e. Check the directives, standards in force and IPO before answering a question. f. Support and replace, if necessary, the MCpl of the CFLRS Ops for holding the command groups of the Cmdt.

If the selected candidate is outside the geographical area, please be aware that the process to request DCBA approval (with CO justification) and conduct a move may delay the incumbent from working in the position by approximately 3 or 4 months.
