- Basic description of duties: The position of A1 Res 4-4-2-2 exists to provide staff support to the management of RCAF Reserve personnel resources at the operational level in the area of Reserve administration and to provide expertise and technical support to the execution of the RCAF Reserve Staff Assistance Visit (SAV) Program. Specifically, this position assists in ensuring regulatory compliance across all aspects of Reserve Force administration and management with a focus on personnel administration. This position is suitable for remote work.
