Basic description of duties: Supervision of the orderly room (1 mil - Cpl); Liaison with local URS in the administration of unit military personnel; Log and distribute all incoming and outgoing correspondence and other documents including ATI admin queries and formal/informal inquiries; Receive and distribute personal mail to unit members; Submit reports and returns as required; Control in- and out-clearance of unit personnel; Maintain the unit nominal roll and unit leave records; Create, review and finalize claims (ClaimsX); Responsible to prepare historians/artists/other personnel for Temporary Duty and deployment to overseas positions; Provides guidance and information to management and staff on general administrative processes; Monitor Guardian and Monitor Mass; Responsible for all administration functions relating to depart with dignity administration, employment advertising and administration, DWAN, building pass, PKI and personnel evaluation reports administration, Awards, Grievances; Draft and proofread correspondence forms IAW unit SOPs, military writing manual and other applicable orders and regulations; Initiate REO & Establishment Changes for Reservist position; Track employment expiry dates and staff employment packages; Manage the DHH administrative files in the Central Registry, O: Drive, and file cabinets; Record and track formal inquiries & Request for Information in DHH (Coordinate the DHH response with the Duty Historian, the appropriate Section Head or the Chief Archivist) and; File final copy documents to the appropriate repository or the DHH O: Shared Drive, as appropriate; Monitor the +DHHFormalInq-EnqFormellesDHP & +DHHOR-SR DHP positional mailboxes; and Assume other duties as assigned.
