  4. Basic description of duties: Produce monthly TD and Operating and Maintenance reports and maintains accurate tracking of the Satellite OR budget. Review/generates new DOA for Satellite OR personnel and submit to WCompt for review or approval. WCompt will forward to WComd/1CAD (if required), and RDAO for approval. Assist with producing Unit Finance Forecasts and provide costing amounts for Unit Level 4 Business Plan. Provide aid and guidance to Jr FSA and FA
    C. Advises the CO and Admin O on matters pertaining to Unit finances. Exercise section 32 and 34 authorities for claims, payment cards and invoices supported by a valid DO
    A. Pay invoice in DRMIS as directed including KB documents for DND/CAF employees claims. TA/CA/SCA and other potential CF52s. Generates quarterly returns that depict the Unit's financial status when directed by W Compt. Coordinate Satellite OR payment cards administration for local procurement as directed by Sqn CO & Admin. Review and reconcile unit credit card monthly statements and submit for Sect 34. Ensure System Adjustments (SA's) are submitted and actioned as required. Create and monitor Earmarked Funds in DRMIS to ensure the transactions are correct. Initiate / finalize Travel claims, MTEC's, DND 1654/55 Movement claims and CF 52 claims while coordinating with the W Compt Claim Section.
