Basic description of duties: Management and supervision of military personnel, DND civilian employees, and contractors when required Responsible for all aspects of administration for the members of the Supplementary Reserve Participating in and leading strategic personnel policy working groups Overseeing administration of Reserve Force casualties pursuant to CF Mil Pers Instr 05/25 and 06/25 Grievance administration and analysis Information management Preparation and distribution of communications Developing and maintaining SOPs Assist with business planning initiatives for DRSM BPT act as Director and as Commanding Officer
