Basic description of duties: - Coordinate claims-x claims, finalize paper claims such as CBI moves, LTA's and various CF52 general allowances claims; - Able to book travel via HRG; - Certification of FAA Sect. 32; - Be familiar with FIN publication such as CFTDTI, NJC travel directive, CBI's and FAM; - Proper recording of info when using TAN register; - Liaise with section heads and TRG/ EX OPI's to ensure that all requirements are met and that policy is adhered; - Review TD MSG, CFTPO'S and JI'S and liase directly with members; - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor; and - Be able to multi task, organize, prioritize, and time management.

  9. Remarks: Three year contract with the possibility of extension. Local area applicants will be given preference. Applicant's medical category, physical fitness and security clearance must be current and at the level required for the REO. Applicants must have the essential qualifications as outlined in REO.
