- Basic description of duties: The IMO reports to COS Ops. The IMO is responsible for the development and implementation of IM policy for the squadron. The IMO works closely with personnel of all ranks to develop and coordinate procedures necessary to support the information lifecycle. The IMO facilitates the flow of information synchronizing technologies through the IM Plan. The processes and procedures should promote development and exchange of information required by the Commander Officer (CO) and unit personnel in order to make informed decisions consistent with the CO's intent.
