- CANSOFCOM PRL has a Class B Temporary for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 04-DEC-2025 until 14-NOV-2028.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

Competency Remarks: (1) Must attend and successfully pass Special Operations Core Environmental Training (SOCET);
Competency Remarks:
(1) Must successfully pass CANSOFCOM Screening;
(2) Must maintain Annual Readiness Verification (ARV) status;
(3) Familiarity with Res F compensation and benefit policies preferred; and
(4) Understanding of CAF governance structure preferred.

- Basic description of duties: (1) Act as the HR Supervisor in the CANSOFCOM PRL HQ responsible for the provision of human resources services related to the HQ members of the CANSOFCOM PRL;
(2) Supervise and provide records management;
(3) Supervise access and pay transactions;
(4) Provide reports and returns;
(5) Monitor client services;
(6) Supervise and brief release administration at HQ level;
(7) Assess and advise on military pay and records management; and
(8) Supervise training and maintain standards of subordinates.
