  1. R Westmnr R has a Class B Temporary for a WO/WO MOS ID/Occupation 00010-01-INFTR to commence on 23-FEB-2026 until 30-SEP-2028.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: a. Mbr must have experience with: Microsoft Office; Canadian Forces Tasking, Plan and Operations (CFTPO); Monitor Mass; Canadian Forces Range Information System (CFRIS) an asset; b. Candidate must be motivated and possess excellent organizational and administrative skills; and c. Must be available to work long hours, on weekends and travel on temporary duty/tasks in Canada
  4. Basic description of duties: a. Assist the Ops O in preparation of the annual training plan and unit Op Plan; b. Maintain and share weekly soldier sign up sheet, including timely communication with members; c. Monitor battle procedure for unit exercises and training; d. Coordinate with 39 CBG HQ and outside organizations regarding support to Regt training and exercises; e. Coordinating IBTS training; f. Ensuring a high standard of training and instruction within the Regt through monitoring and supervision of NCOs during periods of instruction and while deployed on exercise; g. Check all nominations for tasks to ensure all personnel nominated meet the necessary requirements; h. Manage and track tasks in CFTPO; i. Coordinate all requests for training stores or equipment required beyond Regt resources for submission to Bde HQ in time for action to be taken.
