  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic: Candidate will require RQ-HRA-Pte course (ALHZ) if not already qualified. The following training/experience would be considered an asset:

  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. The Human Resource Administrator (HRA), is accountable to the Senior HRA for the duties which they are assigned, the general administration of 14 Wing personnel and completing day-to-day administrative requirements for supervisors and customers. Processing in and out clearances, processing leave passes and entering data into Guardian, assists Unit personnel with inquiries pertaining to pay problems, processing Core Environment Allowance start/cease requests, maintenance of personnel files, recording and verifying Aircrew Flying time into Guardian, conducting leave audit at the end of the fiscal year and when a member is newly posted into the unit, amending / recording personnel data transaction, answering and addressing telephone and counter queries, processing re-engagement forms, processing promotion documentation, participating in work area clean-up.
    B. The incumbent is expected to work at least 12 days a month with possibility of surge as the unit has high ops tempo. Member will be required to work at least 3 days a week between Monday and Friday. Work hours are 0800-1600 hrs.
