- Basic description of duties:
A. Provides administrative and disciplinary advice and guidance to the Commanding Officer and the unit. Supervise the application of administrative policies, receive and route correspondence, preparing responses to any special correspondence and manage unit's legal matters;
B. Oversee military personnel administration for both Regular and Reserve Force personnel, ensuring compliance with policies and directives;
C. Receives, reviews, and prepares correspondence for the Commanding Officer, including researching and preparing documentation;
D. Coordinate and consolidate various reports for submission to higher headquarters;
E. Handles routine personnel matters and oversees the timely completion of the PaCE cycle;
F. Maintain various records of decisions and monitor ATIs, grievances, harassment complaints, and administrative and disciplinary measures;
G. Assist with awards ceremonies, traditional functions, and other ceremonial events;
H. Key support officer, helping the Commanding Officer in various administrative and operational matters;
I. Be prepared and volunteer to deploy on short notice in support of operations both domestically and internationally; and
J. Performing other tasks as assigned by the CoC.
