  1. 15 Fd Regt has a Class B Permanent for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00376-01-FSA to commence on 01-SEP-2025 until 31-AUG-2028.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Sgt/Sgt
      Under/Over ranking shall only be used in exceptional circumstances, where no established rank qualified candidate is found suitable by a Board Report and approved by Div HQ. Higher rank will relinquish rank for the duration of the emp period.
    2. MOS ID: 00376-01-FSA
      Any trade with experience may apply and be considered if no suitable FSA is found
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    A. Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills;
    B. Ability to conduct research and interpret financial policies;
    C. Possess tact and diplomacy to effectively deal with all levels of Comd, staff and units;
    D. Ability to prioritize conflicting and competing tasks and demands, multi-task and cope with changing priorities;
    E. Self-starter, ability to carry out assigned tasks with minimal supervision;
    F. Possess military 404's an asset
    G. Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS) financial system, particularly roles UU05, UU06, UU38, UU39 is an asset;
    H. Certified Expenditure Management, Contracting Direct with Trade, Green Procurement, and Controlled goods is an asset; I. Experience in management of payment cards is an asset; J. Revised Pay System for Reserves (RPSR) Experience, preferably in full time centralized pay office an asset; K. Working knowledge of Microsoft Baseline applications, particularly Excel; L. Monitor Mass and Guardian experience an asset.
  4. Basic description of duties:
    A. Provide administrative support on behalf of the 15 Fd Regt Orderly Room (processing enrolments, releases, postings, transfers, promotions, updating Guardian, maintaining pers files.
    B. Provide Financial support on behalf of the Orderly Room (processing ClaimsX claims, CF52, CLDA claims, TAA claims, verifying pay sheets, monitoring RPSR etc).
    C. Provide customer support to 15 Fd Regt soldiers (responding to admin and fin queries).
    D. Other duties as assigned by the Adjt. Aval for unrestricted employment incl; field deployment, summer tasks and regular evening and weekend shifts
