  4. Basic description of duties: a. Responsible for identifying, reviewing, vetting and responding to recruiting information queries regarding Marketing and Attractions related events, online application issues/queries, website issues and requests for Recruiting Information products; b. Monitor and participate in online communications through the provision of information regarding the Online Employment Application, Open and Closed Occupations, the redirection of customers to appropriate CAF website content and the answering of generic recruiting relating questions via social media, email and telephone; c. Liaise with applicants regarding processing issues/queries and status updates; d. Provide reasonable expectations regarding timelines for processing, basic and occupational training and motivate applicants to meet their outstanding processing requirements; e. Provide updates to Recruiting Detachments regarding applicant contact; f. Analyse and document recruiting information issues and trends via social media, email and telephone. g. maintain the Customer Service Database
