- 36 Sig Regt, Det Charlottetown has a Class B Permanent for a MCpl/MCpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 15-JUL-2025 until 14-JUL-2028.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

Competency Remarks:

4. Experience working in a Res F environment an asset;
5. Good written and oral communication skills;
6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
7. An understanding of CAF Regulations, Policies and Procedures; and
8. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Basic description of duties:
A. Handling customer queries and questions;
B. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and the central registry; distribute and track mail using email and SharePoint;
C. Coordinate requirements and complete supporting documentation for pers travelling for TD, course or other purpose;
D. Complete staffing and Guardian/RPSR input for Admin/Fin items including transfers, releases, promotions, VOT, ED&T, leave, etc;
E. Assist in staffing and tracking all correspondence as required for the purpose of signatures and authorities;
F. Maintain the security of, and issue keys for spaces and lock-ups within the OR;
G. Assist in collection of data during the APRV;
H. Produce various reports as directed/required;
I. Carry out the duties as the Assistant USS;
J. Prepare and present briefings on administrative procedures to Regiment members;
K. Be prepared to assume the duties of the Regt Chief HRA in his/her absence;
L. Be available to work Thursday evenings as well as some weekends as per unit training schedule; and
M. Other duties as assigned by the Regt Chief HRA.
