- 3 Cdn Div HQ has a Class B Permanent for a Cpl/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 00168-07-MM TECH to commence on 28-JUL-2025 until 27-JUL-2028.Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.

- Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
A. Contracting experience IAW FAM and PAM;
B. Valid DND 404s or can obtain;
C.Current/previous certifications in Green Procurement, Contracting Direct with Trade, and Expenditure Management Course (or COR 250 and COR 451);
D. Experience using DND acquisition card;
E. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
F. Knowledge in DRMIS FI and MM modules; and
G. Understanding of materiel management and stocktaking procedures IAW SAM
- Basic description of duties:
A. Provide procurement support to 3 Cdn Div HQ personnel;
B. Liaise with HQ personnel, vendors, and external units, maintaining courteous and professional relationships;
C. Ensure invoices are paid on time and contract files are accurate and complete IAW FAM and PAM;
D. Assist with PPVs as required;
E. Perform stock verifications and assist with materiel investigations IAW SAM;
F. Assist with lifecycle management processes of HQ assets;
G. Assist with warehouse customer service, shipping, and receiving, as needed; and
H. Other duties as assigned.
